Introduction              

ISO 9001: 2000 is the most widely used standard in the world. The program is designed to help participants understand the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and identify the new concepts contained in the standard such as the risk management concept and the organization context as well as identify the new amendments to the management system specification Quality ISO 9001 issued by the new year 2015.
