INTRODUCTION:

In the "Lean and Mean" operation base, we should not wait for the breakdown. In fact, they must be met and expected to occur during the daily workload and out of the ordinary. A successful and effective maintenance process does not follow the theory of "repairing the fault when it is destroyed". The goal of the maintenance department is to avoid breakdowns and increase the availability of assets and credibility at the lowest cost possible. This Americas maintenance management team more work pressures. At this session, many practices are presented that meet the above objectives.

  •      Clarifying the latest concepts and techniques to manage or supervise the maintenance unit
  •          Consider organizational and administrative considerations for effective maintenance
  •          Application of techniques to measure the effectiveness of general equipment (OEE)
  •          Highlight and improve the characteristics of maintenance activities
  •          Disclosure of safety myths and identification of unsafe work and conditions
  •          Identify KPIs and develop the maintenance department performance card
