Introduction                                                                                      

Successful leadership moves people in the direction that serves their long-term interests. No matter what, the means and purposes must serve the larger interests of the people who are concerned at a long-term level. Leadership is also an approach, a skill, an action, and a goal to influence others. A leader is that person who occupies a certain rank in the group and is expected to perform his\her work in a manner that is consistent with that rank, and the leader is the one who is expected to make the influence and the authority in determining, crystallizing and achieving the goals of the organization or institution. 

This program aims to refine and develop leadership skills and abilities from all its levels. Also to provide it with administrative and leadership experiences, in addition to the creative skills and mechanisms of application in different sectors and to inform them of best practices and global experiences in leadership.
